This project combines an exterior redesign with three dynamic hero installations for Puma. The storefront adopts a clean, bold façade that elevates brand visibility, while inside, sculptural displays bring sports energy to life. A wave-riding surfer, neon-framed runners, and a kayak-ski duo each embody Puma’s Forever Faster ethos through motion-inspired forms and illuminated geometry. These installations blur retail and spectacle—turning the store into both a branded landmark and an experiential stage. Together, the façade and hero pieces create a cohesive narrative of speed, agility, and athletic performance that reinforces Puma’s identity inside and out.
